Building Access and Toilets
Most of the Magnus House is wheelchair accessible, though please feel free to have a look through this page to see if we could change anything to meet your needs.
Magnus House

In front of the Magnus House are stone tiles and compressed gravel, similar to forestry tracks. The main entrance can be up to 159cm wide with both doors open.
Behind the Magnus House are more stone tiles and woodchip. There is a step up and a ramp that lead to the doors.
There is a bump at the main entrance that is 3cm high.

The entrance to the green room (our main teaching space) is flat, with a width of 163cm.
We have tables with up to 70cm clearance beneath. There are a variety of chairs with and without arms.
Toilets
We have two standard bathrooms in the Magnus House with disabled access. They are split into Stags (men's) and Hinds (women's), and you are free to choose your appropriate toilet. We also have a small gender inclusive bathroom available, though this doesn't have disabled access. If you would prefer to use this one, please ask us where the other bathroom is and we will show you.

If you need a private space for any reason, please let us know, and we can arrange one for you.
The hinds toilet entrance is 77cm wide. There are 3 cubicles, one is wheelchair accessible. Inside the hinds is our only baby changing facility, though we hope to get one in the stags soon too.
The stags toilet entrance is 74cm wide. There are 2 cubicles, one of which is wheelchair accessible, and 3 urinals.
The entrances to the toilets have a slight chicane, though the gap is never less than 74cm.
Both of our bathrooms have disabled cubicles, which have their own sink, and alarm cords. They are both right-hand transfer.
Outside Access
We are extremely fortunate to have access to a beautiful private estate in Strathglass. We are working towards improving access to more areas, though a lot of the estate is not currently accessible to wheelchair users and those with limited mobility.
Paths
Our estate is private and not open to the public for walking or exploring.
Most paths are not accessible to people in manual wheelchairs, though people using a walking stick may manage. Some paths require a higher level of mobility and fitness to access.
There are some short forestry tracks surrounding the Magnus House. Using these, you can reach the Aigas Loch and some surrounding woodland within 250 metres.
Some of the terrain around the estate is rough, even along the paths.
