Facilities

House of Aigas

At the moment we use the Common Room in the House of Aigas itself for meeting and greeting, and as a base for introducing the day’s theme. In wet or cold weather we retreat here for lunch and at other times when we just need a warm-up!
Gardens

We are lucky to be able to use the gardens around the House of Aigas for many of our activities and games. These include The Teardrop area just in front of the house, a fantastic large grassy area for group games; the “ha ha wood” – a great area for investigating different trees and playing relay games; the bamboo (useful for hiding things and people in!); and the garden pond, which is particularly useful for our pre-school groups where we can gather together some interesting pond beasties for the children to look at.
